Was notified when door ordered, when door arrived, and when installation scheduled. The installers arrived on time got to work, took away old door with extra metal. Then they were nice enough to program this grandma's openers with a smile. I would highly recommend.

Called Cadillac Garage door to fix my torsion spring that had broke. 3-4 hrs later get call their 15 mins out. Didn't have the parts needed. Didn't have the parts needed. Never received a call telling me a price. 4 days go by I hear noises in garage. It's two of their techs starting work on door. At that time still haven't received a quote and never let them in. Ended up just buying springs. Get call next day saying I owe $95 for guy letting me out of garage. Crooked company!!!!
